Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of tna.associates (the “Site”) and any services provided by TNA Associates LLC (“TNA Associates,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the Site, submitting a contact form, or applying through /operators/apply, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the service

TNA Associates LLC is a Florida limited liability company. The Site is the corporate presence of TNA Associates and the entry point for inquiries, operator applications, and information about our portfolio holdings. Services delivered to clients or portfolio companies are governed by separate written agreements; these terms cover the Site itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site to transmit malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe for security weaknesses, or interfere with normal operation;
• scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site at a rate or volume inconsistent with normal browsing, or use automated tools to bypass the contact form or application form;
• misrepresent your identity, submit false information through any form on the Site, or impersonate TNA Associates or its personnel;
• use the Site or its content in violation of applicable law or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Content and intellectual property

Site content.All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the TNA Associates marks, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to TNA Associates and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. You may view and share the content for personal and non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

Content you submit. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Site (for example, the body of a contact-form message or an operator application). By submitting it, you grant TNA Associates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, evaluating your application, and operating our internal systems. We will not publish your submitted content publicly without your consent.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” TNA Associates does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statistics and case studies on the Site describe past results and do not guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNA Associates and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure (Vercel, Firebase, Resend, Meta, Google, Stripe) as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of those services is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the conduct or content of third-party sites that may link to or from the Site.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site or our services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
