Data Deletion Instructions
Effective April 29, 2026
TNA Associates LLC (“TNA Associates,” “we,” or “us”) is the data controller for tna.associates and the shared infrastructure that supports our portfolio holdings. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data collected through Meta Platforms integrations (Marketing API, Conversions API, Meta Pixel).
What data we hold
The categories of data we collect are described in our Privacy Policy. In summary: contact-form submissions and operator applications you submit, server logs from our hosting provider, aggregate analytics, and advertising attribution events sent to Meta and Google by the products we operate.
How to request deletion
Email nicholas@tna.associates with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- The name and email address you used when you contacted us, applied to /operators/apply, or otherwise submitted information.
- The portfolio property the data relates to, if applicable (for example, a specific brand whose Meta Pixel events you want removed).
- Any additional identifiers (Meta user ID, transaction reference, application ID) that help us locate your records.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request, for example by replying from the email address on file.
Response time
We respond to verifiable deletion requests within 30 days. Where GDPR, CCPA, or another applicable law requires a faster response, we comply with that timeframe.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete:
- Contact-form submissions and operator-application records stored in our Firestore database.
- Email correspondence with you that we have not already pruned under our normal retention policy.
- Marketing attribution events linked to your identifiers in datasets we control on Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel and Conversions API events on TNA-controlled datasets).
What we may retain
We may retain a limited subset of data where law or legitimate business reasons require it. This includes:
- Records required for tax, accounting, or financial-reporting obligations (typically up to 7 years in the United States).
- Transaction records held by our payment processor (Stripe), which are retained under their terms and applicable financial-services regulation.
- Aggregate or de-identified data that no longer identifies you.
- Information we are required to preserve in connection with a legal claim, dispute, or law-enforcement request.
Server logs from our hosting provider rotate on the provider’s standard schedule and are not individually deleted on request, but they age out automatically.
Third-party deletion
Some data is held by subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy. On request we will delete data in systems we control and pass your deletion request to the relevant subprocessor where they accept controller-initiated deletion. For data the subprocessor holds as an independent controller (for example, Meta’s own records about your Facebook or Instagram account), you should contact that provider directly.
