Privacy Policy

TNA Associates LLC (“TNA Associates,” “we,” or “us”) is the data controller for tna.associates and the shared infrastructure that supports our portfolio holdings. This policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We collect only what is necessary to operate the site, respond to inquiries, and run the marketing and payment systems that serve our portfolio companies.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. When you apply through /operators/apply, we collect the application fields you complete.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp) for each request. If site analytics are enabled, an analytics provider records aggregate page-view and session data.

Portfolio integrations. Specific portfolio products operated by TNA Associates (or by holdings under shared infrastructure) may collect data using the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for advertising attribution, Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics, Stripe (including Stripe Connect) for payments, and Google Workspace for business email and calendar. Each portfolio property links to this policy where applicable.

How we use information

We use the information to respond to inquiries, process operator applications, deliver and improve our services, run marketing attribution for the products we operate, process payments through our payment processor, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Subprocessors and data sharing

We rely on a small set of vetted subprocessors to run the site and the integrations above:

• Vercel— hosting and edge delivery for tna.associates. Server logs and any Vercel Analytics data are stored by Vercel under their privacy terms.
• Firebase / Google Cloud (Firestore)— storage for contact-form submissions and operator applications.
• Resend— transactional email delivery for contact-form notifications and account-related messages.
• Meta Platforms— Marketing API and Conversions API used by TNA Associates and its portfolio holdings to run and measure paid campaigns.
• Google— Google Analytics 4 for site analytics and Google Workspace for business email and calendar.
• Stripe— payments, including Stripe Connect for portfolio products that disburse to operators or merchants.

We do not share personal information with other third parties except with your consent, to comply with law or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for legitimate business and legal reasons. We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls on our backend systems, and encryption-at-rest provided by our subprocessors. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that ours is.

Your choices

You can email nicholas@tna.associates to request a copy of the information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or opt out of marketing communications. Where the GDPR or CCPA grants you specific rights as a resident of the EU/UK or California, those rights apply to information we control. We respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our infrastructure or portfolio integrations change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
